Although an interest in film took root during my high school years, my first encounter with the Toronto Festival of Festivals occurred in 1986, when I "rushed" three films to see what it was like. And so a tradition began, which has continued almost uninterrupted to this day.
TIFF 2020 will be my 35th film festival in Toronto.
